Land Clearance

The constant appetite for new homes in the South East means there is always land to be cleared for development. Much of this land has trees, shrubs and other vegetation that needs clearing before work can commence.

We have an extensive fleet of machinery and equipment to clear sites quickly and efficiently. All operatives are fully trained and qualified and have the necessary CSCS cards for site work. Before undertaking any site clearance works, we issue a site pack, containing relevant method statements, risk assessments and certificates of competence. You’ll be safe in the knowledge that our teams will be compliant with all applicable legislations, including CDM.

Pre-development

Some trees are protected or need specific care in their removal. Our consultant arborists can visit your site and report on any trees before you submit plans so you know exactly what to expect.

During development and construction

We can remove large timbers, reduce noise and dust disturbance and vastly reduce time spent on site. If planning constraints require it, we can also provide site supervision and monitoring services to ensure the arboricultural method statement is being met and fully compliant with BS 5837: Trees about Construction. All green and woody waste from the site is recycled.

Post construction

We can advise on and plant new trees to complement any new development, residential or commercial. It’s important to carefully plan tree planting to ensure it remains suitable for the buildings nearby and appropriate for the buildings’ usage. We want our trees to last for many years and that comes from the right care in their early years.
